Rinelson Dilone claims Dominican Rep. LDC Hoops Agents weekly honour

Rinelson Dilone (198-SF) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader Georgia Panthers and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
The had the game-high 22 points adding eight rebounds for Georgia P. in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Santiago Basket (#3, 0-1) with 31-point margin 115-84. It allowed Panthers to consolidate first place in the Dominican Rep. LDC. Georgia P. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-2 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Dilone as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Dilone has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (8th best: 11.0ppg) and rebounds (6th best: 4.0rpg).

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Jose Guitian (207-F-1987) of Santiago Basket Titanes Dorado. Guitian impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Santiago Basket lost that game 84-115 to Georgia P. (2-2). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Guitian is a newcomer at Santiago Basket and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was another Santiago Basket's star - Henry Feliz. Feliz scored 22 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Feliz's great performance the Santiago Basket Titanes Dorado lost 84-115 to #1 ranked Georgia P.. But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The season just started for Feliz as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be another team's leader.
